How big are the Wooly® Primitive Snowmen?
A: Most of the snowmen are approximately 3"D x 3"W x 6"H. Previous Wooly® Snowman also came in a mini and large size.
How do I get the "free shipping" offer?
A: If you live in the continental USA and spend $75 or more, your shipping cost will automatically be deducted from your order.
What does it mean by "Hat color and patterns will vary"?
A: The Original Wooly® Snowman comes with a wide variety of hat colors and patterns. The snowmen you receive will likely have different hat color and pattern from the one shown on the website. We also guarantee you will be happy with your Wooly® Snowman. If for any reason you are not pleased with your order, we will exchange or refund your purchase upon return. How long will it take for my order to ship?
A: Most orders will ship on the day of the order or the very next day, but please allow five business days to ship. During the Christmas and holiday season, orders may take longer to fill. We do our best to get all orders out promptly, even custom made orders are given high priority.
